Easy Access Housing has 5 houses in Wellington each with 4 bedrooms. Tenants have their own room and shared use of kitchen, bathroom and living areas. All houses are furnished and equipped.
Each house offers single sex accomodation. Tenancies are for 6 months at an affordable rent.
Easy Access staff can assist with the move in process, accessing benefits and other services that may be needed. They will assist the tenant to identify their long term goals and to prepare for move on to permanant accommodation. They can also provide information about budget advice, Work and Income NZ, mental health services and employment and training options
